Coore Solutions empowers individuals and communities to overcome adversity by cultivating resilience, building confidence, and inspiring hope.
I don’t just talk about trauma - I have lived it, studied it, and transformed it into a mission.
I don’t just talk about trauma - I have lived it, studied it, and transformed it into a mission.
I am Jody-Ann Coore, a resilience coach, parent advocate, and the heart behind Coore Solutions LLC. With over two decades of lived, academic, and professional experience, I specialize in helping people bloom in the places they were once broken.
I have walked the journey as the child that was overlooked, a mother and kinship and guardianship caregiver, and as the professional creating safe spaces for others. I have supported children through meltdowns and breakthroughs. I have empowered parents to reimagine a thriving life for themselves and their kiddos. And this is why I disrupt.
With a Master’s in Public Administration, a BA in Psychology, and certification in Mental Health First Aid, I blend deep empathy with strong evidence-based insight and practical tools.
Whether you’re raising the next generation, teaching them, or healing beside them - my work is here to help you disrupt the cycle of trauma and plant something powerful in its place.
Because I believe we all deserve to bloom.

Coore Solutions officially became a business in September 2022. However, it has been in the works for more than a decade. Our founder has continued to be resilient through her lived experiences and knows just how challenging it can be to overcome the obstacles of adverse experiences. She has finally gotten to a place where she is ready, willing, and able to offer the services necessary to help those going through and those helping them get through. Coore Solutions has undergone many iterations of help. In the summers of 2012 and 2013, our CEO spent time working with young ladies from vulnerable communities as part of a nonprofit and university partnership. She spent time mentoring these girls, facilitating activities, and collecting data. In 2014, Jody-Ann partnered with a fellow grad student to design and develop the Reading for Freedom program that was entered and accepted to the Clinton Global Initiative University. Reading for Freedom was design to improve literacy for young ladies at the Douglas County Youth Center.
